CHILDREN & TEEN PROGRAMS

Selby Preschool

Selby Preschool at The Haven serves children, ages 6 weeks through kindergarten, with a high-quality, inclusive, Montessori-style early childhood education. Each class is designed to meet the educational, therapeutic, and emotional needs of each student. For students who qualify, an Individualized education plan (IEP) will be provided to address particular areas for cognitive, social-emotional, and physical development. Students have access to high-quality therapy during their school day through our on-site partnership with kidSpot. We offer physical, occupational, speech and behavioral therapy to students who qualify. Our therapists communicate with our Selby instructors to bring what the student is working on in therapy in to their education in the classroom. The Haven believes that therapy is critical for children with unique abilities so that that may reach their full potential.
